Favio Mendoza is an experienced manager, financial controller, and client relations specialist. Driven by self-mastery and growth, he takes pride in providing the best investments possible. As a managing partner, his goals include building strong connections and seeking efficient processes. Favio has been recognized by The Riverside Group, LLC for his extraordinary commitment to going beyond expectations. Favio currently resides in Caldwell, ID, and has a passion for real estate investments, but on the side, he also enjoys coaching boys' basketball, horseback riding, and the outdoors. His perseverance and go-getter personality inspires this company to advance with assurance.
Rebecca Aceves
Head of Market Research
Rebecca aims for excellence. Her background in administrative technology provides her with the analytical skills that prepared her well for her primary role of market research. She frequently explores market trends, as well as rising communities. Rebecca is a powerful force in our company and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Rebecca is inspired daily by her husband and four children. In her free time, Rebecca likes to design architectural interiors and explore new places with her family.
Lupe Vazquez
Managing Partner
Guadalupe Vazquez strives for perfection. She joined our team on inception in 2022. Guadalupe serves as the Asset Manager for 6M Drive Real Estate Investing. She brings with her a willingness to excel in her role and a desire to turn potential into action.
Prior to 6M Drive Real Estate Investing, Guadalupe was working for Deb Williams Insurance where she mastered her skills in customer service. Responsibilities included selling insurance policies, reviewing insurance contracts, overseeing a portfolio of over 300 clients, identifying risk management strategies, handling policy renewals and tracking claims. Guadalupe is currently a licensed insurance agent in life, health, property and casualty.
For over a year she was a member of the Nampa and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and enjoys volunteering her spare time at church and at her daughters school. Guadalupe currently resides in Nampa, ID with her husband and three children.
